Pascal and Arnaud Foltran make Marrakech modern with
their sleek bistro café. In the trendy neighborhood
of Guéliz, Kechmara is the place to chill out
and catch your breath after braving the hot sun and
snake charmers of Jema el Fnaa.
The furniture – 20th century modern designs from
Verner Panton and Eero Saarinen – is reminiscent
of something you’d find in LA, while the menu
is French Bistro with a Moroccan spin. This place gives
you a little taste of home while you are deserts and
oceans away. |

Chef will satisfy the epicureans with tasty plates and
greedy breaks with fresh products and marketís
vegetablesí perfume.
Among our specialities, the duck foie gras half-cooked
with apples from Ourika or the leg of lamb with honey
tajine, a real delight.
For lunch, a Mediterranean notes light meal will be
served to you on the panoramic terraces or on the swimming-pool
board.
For dinner, within an intimate and refined atmosphere
you will savour a dinner full of flavours in the living-rooms,
the patios or the terraces.
The lounge bar will suggest you a vast choice of cocktails,
